Why I can't add my Paxum card to PayPal?? Every time I got the message "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card". I need my card on PayPal as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

If Paypal does not accept your card then they don't accept your card and thats an end to it.
They don't accept all cards and you can only link ones that they do.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
