Hello, i ve come to a problem, that when i want to add my Bank account or debit crad to my paypal. At first it is added but when i want to send there money there is nothing. I succesfully added my debit card and then when click send money there is only option to add new debit card or bank account. And it is in this loop all the time. With the bank account it is similiar but there is error even in adding one. It tells me that we are unable to add this account now. I tried it several times with breaks but nothing works.
