I tried to transfer $45 to my bank account from my PayPal balance (it was my TOTAL balance at that point) only to find that the transaction was declined. What's more, when I log onto my PayPal again, I am $40 below 0, and in my "Activity" there is no explanation for why I owe $40. If logic serves right, my balance should be $45 again, no? I am now out $85 and I don't understand why.
