Hi, I sold some ebay items, got a single chargeback and my account was shutdown no explanation etc, does say 180 day hold on payment? will I for sure get the payment after the 180 days or should I not get my hopes up?
Was it your first sale ever on the PayPal account and it was chargebacked through the buyer's financial institution (not even a simple PayPal dispute)? If so, I can kinda see why.
The monies are held to cover any disputes filed within the 180 days, anything leftover, you'll be notified to withdraw.
