Hello. Tell me how to solve the problem with payment. We want to accept both in rubles and dollars with online conversion. I enclose the error screen

Welcome to our Community Forums! We're unable to see the picture you've posted because it contained information not allowed on our Community Forum. Can you explain the error you're seeing? Have you opened both currencies in your account? If not, here's how you can open a new currency:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click on the right side of the currency balance you want to close and click Open currency.
3. Click Open currency.

Also, here's how to change your Primary Currency if you need to:

1. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
2. Select the radio button next to the currency you'd like to designate as your primary.
3. Click Make Primary.
