I need help. Payment for services rendered was put on hold for 21 days supposedly because I am relatively a new user even if I used this account March of2020 . The thing is, I need the money asap. Even sent an invoice to the client and marked it paid. Still it was still onhold for 21 days. How can I speed this up? There is this message that says I need 5 transactions, etc and I am totally confused as to what does it have to do with the present paid transaction. It looks to me that I have to fulfill it before I get my money which is ridiculous. PayPal made it difficult for me and customer service via email is not helping with their standard FAQs.
