One dollar charge twice

Hello, I created my account last week and once I added my card paypal charged me $1, Now last night I was surprised that I was charge another $1 again. Why is that?

I'm sorry to hear that the dollar authorization was sent twice. Did you remove and re-add the card, or refresh the page during the card linking process? 

The $1 authorization is temporary and will clear after 5-7 days. If you saw a $1 authorization followed by a $1.95 charge, those are two separate things. The first is to verify the card, and the second is to confirm that it can be charged. The $1.95 charge is refunded after the confirmation process is complete with the code added into the system.
