First, a bit of background.
Bank A is my preferred bank, the one I have set up to go through first on paypal.
Bank B is an empty account that I keep for emergencies only.
Recently, I had a couple uber rides, and paid through Paypal. Unknowingly, they charged my non-preferred bank, bank B, for both. The bank ended up accepting it, and gave me the usual overdraft fee of $30 for each.
So now, I am being charged an extra $60 because for whatever reason, Paypal didn't go through my preferred method of payment.
Is there anything I can do about this?
