Hey so i need help with resolving outstanding balance. I have - 20$ and this morning my friend sent me 23$ so i thought this could resolve, but it still says i have - 20$ and that 23$ are on hold... I dont have any money on my credit card or anything so i cant really pay like that Could anyone tell me is it possible to pay like that
