Need help from Paypal Support - regarding closed account

Hi.

Don't know if there are any Paypal staff inhere, but i have a kind of weird problem.

I closed my account due to personal reasons, but i now reopened it. (same e-mail though)

I had a deposit on Bet365 from that account. Now i want to withdrawal from them, they say that my account seems to be closed/blocked.  

Not sure what to do. I have already reopened my account with the same e-mail.
