Soo someone just order a shirt from my store via grailed, but the shirt is already sold a long ago and i forgot to delete it from my grailed, the balance is on hold and the buyer want a refund but i dont have enough balance bcs the balance is still on hold/pending, and it didnt added to my account yet, what should i do? Even if it was not on hold you may not have enough in your balance as paypal does not return the fee you were charged when your buyer paid as part of any refund that is issued.
So can you refund directly from your linked and confirmed bank account in your country?
