My funds from a sale missing.

i made a sale on eBay.The buyer on 11/04 through paypal. My email says i  have money but i have tried collecting but am getting knowwhere with collecting my money.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
