No they've never answered and I don't think they've answered Google either. Google said all they can do is turn over all the complaints to a particular dept. they have. I don't understand why Google is seeing all the complaints and low stars on this app that they don't jerk it off the store site. They just suggested not to play anymore. I agree as when you play you're feeding them money they're not sharing out like they should. We the players is what makes them that money and this shows they're all about the money and could care less about us. So again I will say everyone needs to go to the Google store and get in touch with their support and complain, give the amount they owe you and STOP PLAYING! I go on just to see if anything has changed and then I bounce right out. There are a few other apps I'm seeing that are penny squeezing people and I have warned them about the stars and do they want to keep those players. So read feedback before downloading and check on how the payouts are going
