No they've never answered and I don't think they've answered Google either. Google said all they can do is turn over all the complaints to a particular dept. they have. I don't understand why Google is seeing all the complaints and low stars on this app that they don't jerk it off the store site. They just suggested not to play anymore. I agree as when you play you're feeding them money they're not sharing out like they should. We the players is what makes them that money and this shows they're all about the money and could care less about us. So again I will say everyone needs to go to the Google store and get in touch with their support and complain, give the amount they owe you and STOP PLAYING! I go on just to see if anything has changed and then I bounce right out. There are a few other apps I'm seeing that are penny squeezing people and I have warned them about the stars and do they want to keep those players. Don't play the game anymore. It's not going to pay. I already reported them to google and everyone else should also. They just want to collect their money from the ad watches. Go to your google acct if you have one, find the contact google (i forget what it's called exactly) and chat with someone letting them know the game isn't paying. Everyone needs to go to their google games and get help from customer service. Report the game as not paying. I have them already investigating the developer. But you need to message the developer to let them know not getting paid. Google will ask when you contacted them. I don't know if we'll ever be paid. It does no good to keep putting email and hitting ok to send it. It doesn't work. I just go in everyday long enough to check if they've fixed it and then go out. I have reported the developer to Google and they said they'll investigate them. If they don't make right with us they'll kick all their apps off and ban them. These guys are getting paid everytime you clik on that game, collecting all that money and not paying us out of it. I go in every other day and try to cash it out ($340) just in case. may be too late to do this, but have your bank stop the payment and recollect your funds. that should get someones attention there. call paypal and tell them what happened and charges are going to be reversed and they'll have to get it from BML ... View more

you're supposed to get the $10 as a credit on your acct. not actual cash. if you go to any of the cash back stores its the same thing. credit on account. not like ebates that sends you money. thing to watch for is if the bills they say you have match up with the amount you know you spent. i may be having a problem with one to lydias. i'm showing the order amount and then theres another amount which is $11 more than my bill. have an email into lydias and BML. ...
