I have money in my balance and it wont transfer to my debit card. It says theres an error but doesn't specify and when i call paypal they give the run around of a lifetime. This is insane
No need to transfer PayPal balance funds to your PayPal debit card at all unless the debit card you have is the reloadable PayPal Prepaid Debit MasterCard. Just use your PayPal debit card at any store or withdraw from a MoneyPass ATM and the funds are deducted from your PayPal balance and the transactions will be recorded in your PayPal account activity.
