My Missing Withdraw, because Bank Name on paypal isn't update

I withdraw my money to Indonesian Local Bank named : BANK OCBC NISP
in paypal web, i only found one bank name close to this : PT. BANK OCBC INDONESIA (with bank code <removed> )
the withdraw status on the app is completed, but until today, there's no incoming transaction on my bank account
i ask my bank, and they said, the bank name that i choose is no longer exist, because on 2014 the bank merged with the other and the name is PT. BANK <removed> (bank code: <removed> ).
i've report the case to paypal assistand via messege center and they said they wait my bank response first.
my question is which bank they try to contact? since the bank name that i input is already unexist here.
i'm so frustated, the paypal staff so slow and unresponsive.
anyone with same experience, or if another paypal staff read this i ask your solution instead of asking me to wait and wait until forever

keep pushing them bro, tell them to call you to explain.
i did receive a call from paypal staff like 5 times during this problem.
you should tell them to escalate this problem.
and chat them everyday will push them to prioritized your complain bro.
i hope you can get back your money soon too.

Firstly, all our contact info typed here are blocked. Secondly, sthephen did finally got his money returned to his account. I think the only thing to do is to wait for Paypal's transfer trace is completed. My case is almost 2 months and still going. But I believe Paypal will have it solved. I hope Paypal can read this message and delete PT. Bank OCBC Indonesia from their list of banks and/or change it to PT. Bank OCBC NISP.

Hello, i'm Affindra from indonesia too, with the same problem, using OCBC Indonesia, and i withdraw on 9th february, and 10th february status is completed, i withdraw $445,85, but still not received my money. they (paypal id) said money will through Bank Indonesia, so i asking to Bank Indonesia, and they say money from paypal will not through them, i've so confused because it has been 1 month

Hello, I have the same issue. I requested a withdrawal to PT. BANK OCBC Indonesia as provided on PayPal list since 31 January 2021. It shows completed on 3 Feb 2021.
I already contacted the local bank, OCBC NISP, but they said hasn't received the funds yet and being told to contact PayPal again. It has been one month struggling to get it fixed.
OCBC NISP suggested us to use their bank name as PT. BANK NILAI INTI SARI PENJIMPAN Tbk. I hope this missing withdrawal due to incorrect bank name will be solved as soon as possible. Thank you!

what update has paypal given to you pertaining your issue? paypal has called me once but other than that, no updates at all

Already contact PayPal through Twitter and sent an email to trace the missing withdrawal. But haven't heard from PayPal yet. They will update once they get an update from bank as they said. It's been 5 days since I sent an email. I'm still waiting day by day

Paypal finally removed PT. Bank OCBC Indonesia from their bank list. There isn't any listing for OCBC anymore. I did call OCBC NISP to find their 7-digit code and it is the same, <Removed>. I do not understand why both, PT. Bank OCBC Indonesia and PT. Bank OCBC NISP can have the same bank code and not receive the money. This is very frustrating. My case began end November 2020 and it is now end March 2021. It is now 4 months and 2 traces and still no answer.
