Hello, I have the same issue. I requested a withdrawal to PT. BANK OCBC Indonesia as provided on PayPal list since 31 January 2021. It shows completed on 3 Feb 2021.  I already contacted the local bank, OCBC NISP, but they said hasn't received the funds yet and being told to contact PayPal again. It has been one month struggling to get it fixed.  OCBC NISP suggested us to use their bank name as PT. BANK NILAI INTI SARI PENJIMPAN Tbk.
