My Balance is zero

I received a payment on paypal, and my balance is zero. I haven't purchased or subscribed to any services. I received an email and it shows in recent activity and activity menu. But my balance is zero

me too . i just recieved a payment one hour ago and does nt show up in balance . in activity yes but in balance no wtfffff i need that money asap !!!

Its confirmed its paypal all user problem. Go to twitter @askpaypal many people having the problem
