hello since 3 days i ve been trying to instant transfer to my card but everytime i try it says : that i try to transfer more than my monthly limit try a smaller ammount. what does this means? this ever happend to u ? how can i fix it ? i tried to contact paypal and they said to delete cookies and i tried again and again and does not work! after that they said i might have a 48 hrs limit thing but i tried today also after 3 days and says the same. i can transfer money to bank acc but everytime i try instant transfer to card does not work ! please help
