Money transfered to credit card does not appear in card however PayPal account says its completed.

After transferring money to my credit card. Paypal says transaction completed but money does not get credited to credit card for many days.

“Completed” status only means that PayPal processed your request to withdraw. Then the clock starts until the card posts the credit. PayPal has no control when your card issuer actually posts the credit. Did PayPal state how many days it will take when you withdrew the money? Did you use the instant transfer option?
