PayPal does not provide that service. You'll have to check if Walmart lets you deposit the money into your PayPal cash card electronically on their end. If Walmart just pays out in cash only, deposit the cash into your bank account that's linked to PayPal and add the funds to your PayPal account or select your bank account as the back up payment method for the card (if possible).
