So due to bank account problems I had a negative balance, paypal then days later took money out of my bank account without my consent of that exact amount. However my account is still negative. This has happened before but I have to add the money back and it normally says it is pending but this time it says nothing other the that I have a negative balance and money was taken out of my bank account
