Money sent by vendor not received

Hi i have sent the seller the money but its been more than a week the seller hasn't recipient it yet.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.

Secondly how did you send the money ie goods/services or friends/family?

Lastly which funding source did you use ie bank or card?

Hi, I have sent thr money it say that the money is sent, even i have received the transaction id. But the seller says he hasn't received
