Thankyou, I sold an eye shadow pallete on a makeup group, and the girl paid through goods, she asked me to hold it 2 weeks for her before she could pay and I said that was fine but I was away for 10 days in the lake district she paid whilst I was away and I p said I would post when I got back, she agreed and that was fine. The day after she paid (5 days before I was coming home) she opened a case on PayPal for item not received I messaged her and asked why when I had already communicated with her that I was away. She never responded. PayPal then held the money from my bank account (£34) I posted the day after I arrived back 1st class signed for and I uploaded tracking, I have tracked it and she received it 3 days ago, and signed for it. I'm just wondering how long it will take for PayPal to release the money back into my bank or paypal balance? Thankyou
