Hi I have money on hold and the buyer is not releasing the money and PayPal isn’t doing nothing to help me and the buyer already received his product and nothing what call I do
Nothing to do with the buyer, the hold is between you and paypal, although 'sometimes' if its a virtual transaction or service OR you mark the item as shipped the buyer 'may' get the option to confirm receipt which 'may' get your funds released more quickly but they don't have to and that option is not guaranteed to be there.
