Money on hold

Hello,what should I do about money on hold? The sender already received the jacket,she wrote to me,very happy,but the money still on hold and i provide the tracking number too..

Is the delivery status of the tracking number show "Delivered"? There can be delays if the status has not been updated to delivered by the courier for PayPal to confirm delivery. Otherwise, allow 24/48 hrs for the system to confirm delivery and process release of the funds. Or ask sender to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction by logging on to PayPal to release funds. If that option is not available, you may have to wait 21 days for PayPal to release funds.
