it has been a few days since I created my paypal account and now when I linked it to my visa card I received this notification :
"The card you added to your account can’t be used right now. To use it, you need to verify your identity. Click here to start verification"
I entred my personal info but when I arrive to the part when I have to put a document that prouves my adress or my ID the uploading of the document takes forever so I quit the proces
Is there any I can use to verify my info other than this.
