This is beyond unreasonable.
Do you have the luxury to wait 60 days to cash your paycheck???
I surely don't. In fact I can barely make it if I don't cash in weekly.
I wouldn't have opened an account if PayPal would have stated before hand there are 60 days HOLD.
This is to me beyond what deceptive practice and its quite despicable.

😀
The 60 days applies to how long the new seller hold LASTS.
However if you are subject to the hold individual funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day.
If you choose not to send trackable then funds are released at 21 days.
If you are selling a service or virtual transaction then you can mark the transaction as processed and the buyer may get the option to use the confirm receipt option which would release funds before 21 days.
Once you have completed the requirements of 60 days or the other requirements then the new seller hold no longer apples and you get the funds immediately.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

as you can see from the screenshot the steps were completed...
I cannot provide tracking. I am a graphic designer and do not deliver physical goods.
I provide digital services.
PayPal should make VERY clear to the user is opening a personal account that there are such limitations in place.
If I knew my money would be held hostage for 60 or for all those non sense requirements I wouldn't have opened the account.
Like i said, who can afford to cash their paycheck 60 days later or at the mercy of whatever the system is deciding when and how.
This service is not as described . https://www.paypal.com/ca/for-you/transfer-money/request-money
"Payback is a breeze" NOT so much.
Its quite concerning they have the liberty to withhold money, my money from my work/services.
The whole experience is beyond the opposite of what you would call positive...

If you read my posts i clearly state how you can get funds earlier for digital sales.
Paypal does make it clear if you read the small section on seller protection in their user agreement before you start selling.
Again as i said you do NOT wait 60 days the longest is 21 days.........did you actually read my post?
However if you don't want to use paypal then go with another payment processor.
