Hello! Someone please help. There's this payment that was put on hold. I am selling thru storenvy. The weird thing is, out of the 15 orders I got from the same item, there's this one payment that was put on hold, and I don't understand why it was put to hold while the others' payment did not have any problem. Send help please. I've sent an email twice already, asking, but they're not responding. I just need to understand why is it happening.
