My son does not have a bank account can I cash his state and federal checks in my PayPal mobile check cashing

When you do the Cash a Check, of course, take an image of the back AND front of the check. PayPal through the Ingo check cashing service will either approve or reject this but if they reject it, please completely read this Help FAQ with important information:
