I recently rented a hotel room that charged me for the room and in a separate transaction put a hold for 109.65 for the room and a deposit. While the hold has been released my money still hasn't been credited back to my account. I've tried to use the resolution center to get help but no luck. I'm not sure what else to do as I am very low on funds and really need money back.
