Hello, on May 7th I had meant to make a payment via my paypal balance, instead it was charged as a paypal credit cash advance, the issue is that while my transactions don't reflect a duplicate payment, I am missing the funds from my paypal balance. I've already tried to dispute this and my case was rejected and closed, I also cannot seem to get anyone on the phone calling their customer support number. Is there any special department I may be able to reach to have someone view all my incoming and outgoing transactions, so they can see how there is money missing from my account?
