I am the buyer and the seller has requested that once I receive the product that I mark the transaction so that Paypal knows that i have received the product and will pay the seller faster. His money are on hold and he is running low on money ATM
When you receive it click on the transaction in your paypal account there 'may' be the option to click to confirm receipt. However this is not always available.
