Payment won't release even after buyer marks item received

Hi so I sent a parcel to someone - I added the tracking number, the buyer pays goods and service. Once the buyer received the item and was happy, she marked received item on here and the payment still won't get released to me.. Why is this please?

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner ie 7 days after the buyer verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

Hi, Thankyou for your reply I'm a little confused.. Once I sent the item I updated tracking number on PayPal and then once the buyer confirmed on PayPal that they have received the item/order.. Its still showing pending in my balance. Any other time it just goes straight into my balance. The buyer had this message on her account after she confirmed.. "Thankyou for confirming that you have received this order" So after all that I still have to wait about 7 days to get my own money even though the buyer confirmed it? Its abit miss leading as paypal mentions on the holding process that it goes straight into the account balance once buyer marks received.

@Leanne013 hi. have you received your money already? if so, for how many days since the sender of the money clicked the confirm button? because in my situation, even the sender of the money already clicked the confirm button and confirm the services received, my money is still not released. also, no one is answering my questions from their end thru chat.
