Manage currencies missing

My country is Egypt I got about 400 Euro in my account
I'm facing a problem that I can't find manage currencies in my account to convert euro to USD
Even the (:) dots I get a sub-menu with two options :
(1) make primary
(2) close currency

If I couldn't do it then i wanna help to link my euro bank to my paypal to withdraw the euro balance because i can link only us bank please help me in my issue and don't give me a standard reply

Hi @a7madd94,

Thanks for posting about this issue. 

In your region it is not possible to change the currency that you have in your balance or add a US bank account. On the first of every month the full amount in your balance will be automatically withdrawn in USD to your US bank account. 

In addition to a US bank you can add a Visa card to process withdrawals. If you have a Visa denominated in Euro you could add this. After you add the card make sure to drop us a note to confirm the currency. Some banks don't let us know and we'd automatically add it in the local currency.
