I need to convert my USD balance to PHP so I can cash it in on G-Cash but I've been getting an error for days now. I've I tried to talk to a customer support agent but they just copy-pasted a reply on how to manage currencies and then closed the conversation. How do I fix this? I know how to convert but it's not working for days now.
