Howdie, ive been waiting for a pending payment for a few days now (echeque). About an hour ago the amount showed up as available on my paypal balance. When i go to my activity tab however, its still says pending though. Ive tried to withdraw and put into my bank account but i receive an error message. I even tried to send the balance to my partners PayPal and it won't let me. It comes up with a message saying we can't transaction at this time, try again later. Why would it say available and be in my balance?
