MONEY NOT REFLECTING ON VISA CARD

Hello fellow PayPal users,

I set up my PayPal account and successfully linked it to my VISA credit card. I also selected the option of funds in the account automatically being transferred to the card.

I received funds to my account over 4 hours ago but it is yet to reflect on my card. How long is this supposed to take, please? I really need to use the funds.
