Linking my card to paypal

Hello, I need some help with linking my card urgently..

My card is 3-days old since I acquired it.. I have been trying to link it to my Paypal since but all in vain.

Each time I get the  error message '' This card is not accepted. Try another card''

What should I do sincerely.. It's very urgent that I link my account

If its a card that paypal don't accept ie payoneer or similar then you can't add it and would have to get an alternative.
