Try contact them in the message center I have an issue and I contacted them yesterday in the message center and a customer agent after then message me and replied to my questions. Also try to ask them to give you a call on your phone . But I believe the message center agents are real people you can trust them.
Sorry for the late reply. Thank you I will try that. I think I am about ready to give up on Pay Pal. These companies make a billion dollars a day and won't hire people. I appreciate your help.
