Linking card

I recently removed my debit card from my account payment to link another card. However, that card did not work so I wanted to link my debit card again but now it shows another account is using it which I know isn’t accurate. I’m struggling to link my card again, can anyone help me?

Hi @Chadwinwill,

 

I'm sorry to hear that a card you'd like to link is still showing as in use. Please contact PayPal customer service by phone to safely discuss the card number and allow them to review the account to see if it can be freed up for use. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then click Call us, then click call as a guest or log in to get the number to call.

 

I hope this can be resolved quickly!
