Linking a new card

Just got new BBVA card(Mexico), has no data on it(number, date, cvv) but a qr box. I do have the info but it has no CVV numbers, and will not link.

Any ideas? Was told this is the new way cards are going.

If we ask for information that's not available with that specific card, it is likely we're not able to link the card.
