Link my card again

Hi Guys! Can you please help me.. I removed my debit card that was linked to my paypal account because my transactions cant get through. Now im trying to link again the SAME CARD but paypal doesn't accept it.. Why?? Im using the same card. Please help me.

In many situations, when you remove a card and then try to re-link the same card you cannot do it - the system has some built in fraud protection checks which are actually put in place to protect you.  ( One could only imagine what would happen if someone had access to your financial info and was able to link your card to their account.)   At this point as the system won't allow to re-link your card, you may want to phone customer service for assistance as they should be able to help.   There's another option if there's an issue whereas you can reach out to PayPal's Facebook or Twitter Account as both are supported by PayPal employees.
