I am trying to add money to my paypal account so that I can issue a refund, but every time I attempt to add money to my paypal account, I need to link a bank account. Then I link a bank account and it says this bank account has already been linked. I use it all the time and transfer money to it, but it won't let me add money. I don't have another bank account to use. But then when I try to issue a refund after it says the bank account is linked, it says to link a bank account as if I have not linked one yet even though I already have linked one several times and use it. What can I do?
