I had a limitation on my account so all I was able to do is receive money. I called 7 times and was on hold approximately 11 hours. To lift the limitation they need bank statements from the card that was put on my account by an unknown person. So I told the agent each time that I had no acess to such statements. They all said we're sorry for your lm did your delimah. So finally call I spoke with a gentleman who actually listened to what I said and the ban was lifted. I tried to move some of the money to bank and it didn't work. I tried other ways to move it and all 9f them were declined. I proved my identity and removed the card. I still can't move the money.
