So I'm used to wait till the first of every month for the system to Automatically transfer funds into my debit card, never had a problem before but not this time! PayPal suddenly decided to do a currency exchange on the amount I had in USD to my Local Currency When I didn't request that period which doesn't agree with '' Currency conversion choices '' in their ToS page. They also decided to add a EGP 79 fee to the transfer when it is supposed to be free. So not only they made money of me converting currency (Which I didn't request nor consent), they also charged a fee when it was supposed to be free. Anyone had the same problem? I'm from Egypt.
