it is not good at all for me, They made over $35 off me with something I didn't request nor consented to period. Their currency exchange rate is Egp 15.25 per 1 dollar when it is so much higher using my own bank. I think it is ridiculous what is happening right now. I have never had issues with PayPal concerning automatic transfers and such which is why i've been their customer for a long time but if they don't fix that problem I'm considering closing my account period! My bank exchanges it aswell for me, but not this time. PayPal did it for me for some reason without my consent nor requesting it. They decided that 1 USD is 15.25 EGP, My bank exchange it for 15.7. Also charged a fee of EGP 79 .. -_-  ... View more

It is completely weird, I didn't request a currency exchange, my bank does that for me aswell. They only did that because they can make money off of it, 1 USD = 15.7 In our local banks, They convert it 1 USD = 15.25. I also have a dollars account so I receive the dollars directly into my savings, So why the currency conversion, I have no clue. You are lucky to find that call us option, ever since covid 19 started it disappeard for us here in Egypt, we can only contact them through the PayPal assistant, it is so weird when almost every company is back in business and functioning %100. Apparently the only way to contact them now is through '' PayPal assistant '' Which is also weird.. I have tried numerous times calling them but it simply doesn't work, I'm so frustrated right now. I have gone through their terms of service and they broke lots of it!!  ... View more

I received the same amount of emails '' Your automatic transfer was successful '' '' Automatic transfer is no longer pending '' '' Your transfer request is processing '' '' Your transfer was successful ''.. Issue here is , the first one i got had the amount I had in USD with no problems, On the later ones they decided to charge the fee and do a currency exchange... Exactly the same problem over here, They even decided to make a currency exchange on the amount I had on my balance in USD when I clearly didn't request it, Which clearly breaks their ''Currency conversion choices'' Terms of Service .. I have never had such a problem with PayPal before which is Why I find this completely weird. First Make money off me Transferring the funds to my debit card and then charging a fee of EGP 79 when it is supposed to be for free. There's something wrong, I'm from Egypt btw. ... View more
