Issue while adding Bank Account Number

I am Nitesh < Removed>, a PayPal user. I am finding some issues while adding my Bank Account Number. It Shows that my bank is already linked to other PayPal accounts.

 

 I have attached a screenshot showing an issue while linking my Bank account Number in PayPal.
