Invoice sent in £ but paying in $

Hi have invoiced a client in USA sent in £.  When client goes to pay in USA does PayPal figure out the dollar value..... hope this makes sense

When they click to pay in sterling it will tell them how much will be deducted from their funding source in USD before they click to pay.
