I was wondering if it would be possible to set up an intermediary bank account in order to withdraw funds from my PayPal account.

El Salvador PayPal accounts can only link US soil bank accounts. All financial info (bank/cards) has to be under your name.
I'm guessing this means I would need to own a U.S. based bank account under my name, and you are trying to tell me there is no other way for me to remove my money from your platform.
